Stress is a basic fact of life. Some people can effectively cope with stress while others have a harder time doing so. Not being able to deal with stress properly can lead to all sorts of negative consequences, including mental illnesses like depression.

Blue Sky Project is a treatment research study funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. The purpose of this study is to better understand how genetics and early life experiences work together to increase one's sensitivity to stress.

We are a team composed of qualified professionals and trained research assistants. We're here to help!
